Football, Bloody Hell!

United could do no more than win the last game of the season, the rest as they say was out of our hands! QPR almost saved the day,and had us all twitching for those last few minutes of injury time at the Wastelands!

I thought i had seen it all at that great final in Barcelona, but this Weekend came close to matching that, if we had pulled this one out of the hat!

I would like to thank you, and all United fans across the World for making this season one to remember for the rest of your lives, or one to forget if you need to!

Have a good summer, and a rest from football, unless you intend to watch the European Championships! Take care all.

Yours Sincerely

Rob

This Sunday our season ends at the Stadium of Light

Yes our season ends at the Stadium of light, not in Lisbon but Sunderland, and we have but a glimmer of hope in the title race!

City 1 v Manchester United 0

United lost at Eastlands on Monday night,we were in the driving seat a couple of weeks ago,we are now just passengers being taken for a ride!

But it could have been so different, with the lack of money going to the pot,we done a great job of being so close to winning our twentieth league title,i fear that now City have almost won it,and will do a back to back next season too,and with Chelsea pumping in even more money at the end of the season,we could be fighting for a Champions league place this time next season with the likes of Arsenal, the good news is that i don’t see Liverpool fighting for the same spot at all.

Manchester United 4 v Everton 4

United slip up again, how can you win the league when you let in four goals at home! simply not good enough!

Maybe i will see it another way tomorrow,on reflection of this result!

No it still feels bad!

This Sunday lunch time we entertain Everton

With our last few games of the season remaining,we just have to tick them off one by one,and keep our noses in front until the title is ours!

Reds win again To heap pressure on sad City,as they lose again away from home.Paul Scholes was outstanding for United.

Wayne Rooney scores from the spot, after Ashley Young went to ground after Derry put his hands on him! a bit of a soft penalty really! but no problem with Scholes’s cracker from outside the box.
